Have googled Loucius and can't find a thing (except it appears to be a popular name in the porn industry ), he hasn't done any competitive endurance with egb under this name (or Lucius) and neither has Silver Sennari. Just thought I'd check if only to rule a possibility out.
I would say that our unregistered gelding has always competed etc. under the name of Harlequin, although the name given to him by his breeder was Diamond Silhouette (I have all his paperwork but she never sent it off to the AHS), so no one trying to trace him under that name would ever find him, apart from the odd time I mention it online, like now. The people I bought him from called him Gizmo... |

I wonder if he has been microchipped?
When I bought Lily I arranged for my vet to come and chip her, he checked her with his machine first and found out she had already been done, I take it he has not been freezemarked - that would just be too easy |

I think the current owner had him chipped last year..I will ask. No freezemark unless it is on inside of the lip maybe?! |

Strange you'd think breeder would know but maybe paperwork got lost in the post or maybe they sold him with paperwork and left it to new owner to send off?! Silver Sennari must surely be the right horse it's too close not to be. Who did the breeder say he was out of? Hope you get to the bottom of it all i'm intrigued. Good luck with Osteo hope he'll soon be winging his way back to Sussex. |

Jo it is all very odd! She thought that he may out of Shamarah Gold...but called Silver Sennari (and she had definitely registered him) not Silver Sennati
The AHS confirmed no such horse but there was an 06' gelding by Senraf out of Shamarah Gold called Loucius...?!! |

Ummmm yes IF his osteo check doesn't bring anything major up! I have ventured into the loft and retrieved anything that may fit him. By default his colours appear to be navy and white (with the odd bit of pale pink thrown in thanks to my old mare)! |

Pauline it was a local lady (to the gelding) that JoannaPiana (Jo Corby) who came with me to view him, recommended. But thank you for your suggestion, he was possibly a bit too far from Herts. |

Osteo called and back is apparantly fine, but he is slightly stiff on right hind, when trotted up and on lunge. She said she would have him vetted or just take a gamble....not what I wanted to hear.. Don't know what to do. Linda. Thanks for your message, will reply properly when I can think straight!
