hello.. where has everybody gone? i've never been brave enough to contribute to the quiz as only got about 4 questions right but have been happily reading through all 60 pages and suddenly there's no-one here anymore, missing all those fascinating facts and photographs and most of all great characters on-line. please come back! |

Hi ALL, First of all I would like to apologise for my absence, my only excuse is the workload, it's been heavy and still is, but I need a holiday, so I could find no better destination than AL.
Now that’s enough of the sad stuff, now for all three of the fans of TEST YOUR KNOWLEDGE here is your starter, eye's down.
Who is this?
NO CLUES TODAY

Well Bob,
Technically I was not answering, so those rules do not apply to me
I was only commenting on Denise's answer above my post, saying outrigt that this is Padron's Psyche

Hi Gunni,
Thank you, I have not been away, but I have been busy. But it is nice for me to find some time to spend on my life long passion. that of the ARABIAN HORSE. and to share it with all my friends around the world xxxx
Thank you all for your kind words..
Now all of "U" stop messing about and tell me the name of the horse.

Hi Pat, You did ask for an easy one.
Jude, no he is not Russian.
CLUES
He is an all American boy.
Study this (39% Crabbet, 9% Davenport, 43% Polish, 43% Egyptian, 37.5% Kellogg, 50% CMK (might be more), 18% Abbas Pasha) - percentages calculated by Eva Dano of ME Ranch Arabians.
In 1938 Henry Babson of Chicago imported a group of Polish Arabians which included the stallion *Sulejman and the mares *Kasztelanka and *Azja IV. Their blood has not continued in pure Polish stock in America, but has been influential nonetheless, with *Sulejman appearing in the pedigrees of a number of National winners, *Kasztelanka being the granddam of U.S. Reserve National Champion Stallion Fadjur (and appearing twice in the pedigree of this Champion Stallion) -- Arlene Magid -
It's under your noses.
That's it for now.
