| I was just about to post exactly what Bex has - Thanks to admin for acting to quickly, there will be no naming names on my part either. I hope people can read this and learn from our mistakes that is what this post was intended for. |

Sally, have you had any luck yet with the registration of your colt?
I've got my fingers crossed for you, I know like me you wanted to show your boy, and this as it stands is not possible, what a lot of stress and disappointment this person has caused  |

| Hi Bex, I am still waiting to hear back from the AHS regarding his papers and passport, he has been DNA tested and I have paid for the documentation but there are other matters which are holding up them issuing his paperwork...I do still want to show him but have to sit and wait until I know whether he can be registered and passported! Until then I cannot even take him out of the yard which is frustrating to say the least. |

| Yayyyy just to let you all know that after a lot of hard work and support behind the scenes, I have now got my colt registered and he now has an Arab Horse Society Passport. None of this would have been possible without the help of Rose Ennik so Thank you Rose for your help in this very stressfull matter. I hope your case has now been sorted out as well Bex? |

As far as I know the colt I had is still not registered but hopefully any day now Kye will have an update for us.

I'm glad they're both now registered. I was going to say "all's well that end's well", but i suspect that isn't appropriate, as it hasn't really ended has it. I assume this breeder is still breeding and we will have a repeat performance this year! At least many on AL now know what's going on. Sadly not so for another unsupecting buyer

I'm just so pleased this is at last sorted and both boys are now registered as they should of been a long time ago- by the breeder!
Unfortunately Ros you are right, this breeder is still breeding, she/he still has the sire of these two colts and no doubt there will be more supposedly 'registered' foals being sold under false pretences.
I do hope this topic has helped and made people more aware and also not to take things at face value, and like me believe every single thing I'm told without checking up on it!
