NEW
ZEALAND ARAB HORSE BREEDERS SOCIETY
The NZAHBS was established in 1970 with horses prior to this
date being either registered in Australia or the United Kingdom.
The Society published its first stud book during that year.

The Animal Health Trust is dedicated to fighting disease as
a vital contribution towards animal welfare.
THE
INTERNTIONAL LEAGUE FOR THE PROTECTION OF HORSES The International League for the Protection of
Horses was founded in 1927 by Miss Ada Cole, the main aim
being to prevent the ill-treatment of horses exported to Europe
for slaughter. It has grown to become the worlds leading
international equine welfare charity and is the official welfare
