She is looking good now!
I do love her she is such a sweet mare so loving like she knows I have saved her!
For those of you who does not know her story someone I sort of know was sending his horses to meat. I knew they included some Arabs so I took one on. Jhabat Bint Asif. I nick named her Tanisha which means Hope.
She was under weight , had terrible rainscald and mudfever and feet that had never been trimmed for years. Plus she had never been handled or loved for that amount of time either.
She is very affectinate and was on all breeds yet she has no foals? Someone must have loved her once?
Here is a few pics of when she came:
Here she was Sunday

Total transformation, her eyes in your first picture look as though she's been through harrowing times - how different to the later pictures showing a beautiful, heathy HAPPY horse - you must feel so rewarded when you look at her - a real credit to your care. And what a lovely mare |

Aww you've done a really good job with her. Don't you just hate people that are cruel to horses (aniamls in general actually). I bought my Arab mare in Feb and the poor wee thing had been to about 5 different homes in the last 2 years, one home beat her up and another starved her. She has a home for life with me now and we have such a string bond with each other even though only had her for 3 months. Like yours is with you it's almost as if she knows I have rescued her. |
