I hope you don't mind me doing another birthday thing , it's just this little chap is very special. Dranies Minuette - a PBA by Indrani out of a New Forest mare (Minuette).
He almost deserves a long service medal as he was 4 and I was 19 when he arrived straight from his breeder. He is now 34 and I am nearly 50!
We celebrated by going for a birthday long-rein round the block which turned into an hour with me saying 'whoa' and 'steady' a lot!
Here he is (on left) with his girlfriend investigating one of his presents (a huge piece of rock salt)
and spending time with his partner in crime Hullabaloo (who looks huge )
and creeping up on his long-suffering girlfriend

He's in beautiful condition Offira, a credit to you. That's an incredibly long time to have known each other - all the things that must have happened - and he's been there all along

Thank you Montikka. You are right he has seen a thing or two! He has also passed comment on several places we have lived - he wasn't too chuffed with the chalky water in Sussex but he loved it when we lived on a stud and he got to tease all the mares. |

Happy 34th birthday, he looks fantastic. He is a real credit to your love and care over the years and you should be very proud of him and yourself. I hope there are plenty more birthdays to come |

I've had a quick look on allbreed - your mare must be Dorani? Faymouse. Do you have a photo you could post?
Thank you Vera, his legs are amazing - I think it is that Arab x Native cross. The best of both worlds! |

Here is Dorani (for Faymouse). Thanks for sending it to me, I have only seen part breds by Indrani so it is lovely to see a purebred. She def has the look of Indian Magic about her.

Thanks Offira, not the best of pics but I don't seem to have many from my digital camera. Yes , she was rather like Indian Magic in temperament too but very ,very clever. The top pic is of her aged about 5 ,the bottom one 27.She was my very special girl |
