I have this one of Salon when he was a bit younger than most of the pictures you see of him.

Thanks for that last photo Anne My 'Silver Mebo' was an ex-racer and I just love to see pictures of her ancestors in 'racing mode'.

Oh, thank you very much Does someone have a foal/yearling-picture of Salon? Or Kilimandscharo as a foal? That would be great. |
Have a nice day Marion

I'm also glad the thread's been rekindled.
I did ask some pages ago whether, like Crabbets, it's possible to say what percentage Russian one's horse is. I'd like to know about two of mine.
Can any of the Russian experts help? Or did I miss the answer some time ago?? |

Would Egbert be the one to supply the answer for that or Jane Kadri with all her Russian / Crabbet wisdom |

I'll ask one of them Tina. Egbert has pronounced on both boys in terms of qualities, but I'd never thought of Jane who I know has huge experience. Good idea! Thanks. |

Yay glad you like them too Tina! I'm bit of a Russian geek - if I come across a photo of a Russian I'll save it to my hard drive. I'm changing jobs soon so am having to go through my files to ensure everything is backed up and can come with me
Trust me, I have MANY more to post on Monday |
