No it isn't Ibn Kheiralla Don't let the background fool you, he just happened to be there but it isn't where he lives!

Bob
Any idea who sculpted the study of Morafic? It looks like Karen Kasper’s work to me.
Oh, the mare in your photograph is NEPOSEDA (Priboj x Nomenklatura) who was regarded for many years as the “Queen of Tersk” and dam of Napitok and Nariadnia to name just two.
All the best

Hi Bob
Thanks for your reply. I had a look at Karen Kasper's website out of curiousity and found a bronze of Morafic featured on it which looks much the same. Take a peak at the 'portrait' section on www.karenkasper.com and tell me if you agree.
All the best

Yes agree with you - def looks like a Karen Kasper. Great website - what I would give for one of her bronzes!!!!
A good friend of mine has one BUT I think they'd notice if it went missing |

Hi Jude
Glad you agree its one of Karen's, they are super aren't they!
Great to see you at the Arab Show but I was sorry to miss your open day - sounds as though it was marvellous. I'm now into week 2 of the bathroom installations, all going well but everything is covered in a fine layer of dust - I shall be cleaning up for weeks at this rate! (Hope to have my Malvern photos developed soon which will make up for it!)

Yes ladies I do agree, the off side foreleg is a good clue, but that so so small neare side rear hoof just rising is the best clue, anyway I have mailed Karen Kasper and asked her.
I do hope she can spare the time to reply.
NOW just for you Caroline
Tell me who this is
And the sculptor Please.

Hi Bob
It’s NASIK by Miss M J Stevens though I can’t remember the exact year it was modelled (the AHS still offer her head study of SKOWRONEK to order).
Best wishes
