Calling the fountain of knowledge......

I was just wondering, after spending hours on a spreadsheet this evening, if anyone knows if there are any books out there (other than the usual Dummies ones) that show a comprehensive list of all formulas used in excel, and how they work?

I am quite ok at all the basic stuff, but its the more complex calculations and formulas that I dont quite know how to resolve...

Any advise greatly appreciated...

Thanks xx

If what you need is a list of available functions, click the Excel Formulas tab, then Insert Function option and you can have the list of all available functions shown in the Insert Function dialog box and even get help for each function. You can also see the list of functions per category, which may make it easy to browse through what's available.
