Argh! We've all been ill for weeks now. I thought we'd got rid of it, but i've had one vomitting child this morning, one very wingy child all day who is now covered in a rash, and we all ended up in bed at 2pm!
I honestly don't know what i'm doing wrong. They have a healthy diet, get lots of fresh air and exercise blah blah, and yet we are all ill. I feel terrible too, what's going on?
This morning was a nightmare, trying to walk the dogs, do the horses and everything else that needed doing with us all feeling appalling.

Sounds like you're doing everything right , its all the other mothers and children they catch everything from !! Funny how we still manage to do the horses and dogs even when we feel awful, hope you all feel better soon. |

aw we had this just befor xmas a virus that took 8 weeks to clear then came back 3 weeks later. just ply them with warm drinks and caserols soup ect you can make in 10 mins and leave to cook so its ready when you need it. other than tht dont mix with other germy people and take care.

Hope your all feeling better soon
Me and my little one have been the same for the past year really, its just one thing after another!
At least the winters over now and we have the summer to look forward to, hopefully it will be a long and healthy summer!
