Hi Tat, I have lost a stone over past 6 weeks just doing weigh****chers. (although don't include wine consumed within teh points allowed ) I got stuck a bit last week feeling hungry and losing interest but have found two things that kick started me again this week.
1st - oats n more breakfast (golden syrup or museli my favs...mmmm) about 9am, fills me up good n proper till at least 1pm and the
2nd - home made soups with a couple of slices od ww danish bread for lunch with a ww yoghurt and a fruit salad
Doing this Mon-Friday, fairly normal dinner pm, then Sunday morning weighing in then enjoying a whatever day on a Sunday.
Seems to be working OK so far, want another 7lbs in teh next 4 weeks though for South of France in May - wish me luck!!!!!
Angie you know better than most the ongoing battle I have had with my weight...I still feel the need to be ridiculously skinny but now have the self-preservation to eat huge bowls of pasta and have 2nds!! I've thought about weight watchers but as I'm only 8stone 11 they'd probablt tell me to go AWAY!!A comforting thought though....red wine helps you lose weight!! But you always seem diddy to me so I guess we never happy !!
