I have been working all weekend in my friends flower shop and some of the people were so rude! One woman came in and asked for a balloon with 'mummy' on it. I explained that all we had was 'mum' or 'mother' she was most put out. Next she asked me to overfill them with gas. I explained it might cause the balloons to split or explode in a warm room as the gas expands. 'Well' she said, 'If they go down before monday you'll be getting them back!' All this infront of loads of customers! Then as i thanked her for her custom she said, 'change?' i explained i had already given it to her and after another exchange of words she felt it in her pocket! No apology just flounced off charming!
I had a lady come in to where i used to work in a supermaket she was so rude when i served her i new what i had charged her and what change to the penny i had given her about 5 mins later i heared a person behind me it was the rude lady she started to shout at me in frount off the other 5 coustomers i was serving saying that i had short changed her i said no i had not and could i look at the recepit that she was waving at me she let me have a look but refused to had it to me but i soon pointed out that it was last weeks date no sorry at all when i pointed it out to her she just walked out
