Anyone manage to get to this ride, not that far for us, on the border.
Write-ups in the past said this was a hard ride, hilly etc, well you expect hills in wales! it was a forest ride so you expect some hard tracks etc, in the earlier ride was cancelled due to loss of parking, this ride was fantastic really enjoyed it, it was hilly a little hard in places but it was fast and superb views, excellent venue and the sun stayed hidden (thankyou) although it was still quite warm.
Bam bam enjoyed them there hills went at them like a nutter but had to slow up for second wind (don't have hills were we come from)came in at 14.5km and couldn't get her to walk.
Hi Shirley, Kaddy is fine and fat, he's in kaddy cob mode draggs us round the valley like he's on a mission, vet looked at him on Monday prevac's were due, said if I felt he was stable to be careful and maybe ride him in the controlled environment i.e. sand paddock. But I have to wait until Margaret the homeopathy lady has seen him to see if his stifle wants putting back in, he pops in when rolling daft boy, makes him twist his back leg when walking.
To look at him he looks a happy, healthy, fat, crabbet arab gelding, but I do miss riding him.
