I am trying to find information about a PBA mare called Roundhills Lovely Lady or Lovely Lace? My son bought a filly out of that mare by the polopony stallion Finmere Grey Shales some 10 years ago in england and played polo on her during schooltime. We now have the mare here i Paraguay and is interested in her breeding, I have got some information about her sire Finmere Grey Shales, but her dam Roundhills Lovely Lady/Lace is a mystery!
She would have been bred by Jan Browne from the Roundhills Stud. Sorry, I do not have contact details for her but other people who are members of this site have bought Roundhills horses directly from the stud and might be able to give you her details.
Lovely lace is related to my mare Roundills Golden Ginger - through the Saddlebred side I seem to remember - talked in the past to the lady that owned her. Sorry not much help!
I worked on an arabian stud farm many years ago (SCARCROFT STUD)In Yorkshire we had a 3 year old palomino stallion called Roundhills crown of gold he was later sold on when the owner died he lived to be about 30 also there at that time was was a Stallion called Pride of Allah
