Snapping our 2 very special boys and they often seem to beat me and the Olympus on Idiot Proof mode!!!
Show us your 'almost' perfect pics please
Would offer gold star to those who can guess who he is but the patch on his neck rather gives him away...
Just what I wanted, a shot of grass obscured by cheeky foal

Top one is Valiant - the foal who made SUCH a dramatic entry into this world and then still kept us guessing...
Bottom one is the very last foal by our beloved Hipu Who (TB)... |

Unfortunately, I've not yet sussed how to upload photos here, so I can't treat you to my infamous shot of an evening polo match in the rain....it's so blurry it actually looks quite arty, LOL!
Still, it can't compare with the two classic photos in our family - my cousin's 'hedgehogs on the rotting pit at midnight' (flash didn't fire!), and my 'Zeppelin out of sight' (fairly self-explanatory )
I see Olympus are bringing out a faster 20x zoom digital this autumn, so I'm thinking of investing in one once they come down to a reasonable price - my current Olympus is fine for showjumping but *not* evening polo in the rain!

My Father got an excellent close-up of somebody's deckchair on the beach many years ago. Someone walked past as he was trying to take a picture of a baby's first smile. |
