Would be interested to know if anyone has any of the decendants from Luleila and Radfan. I have his last foal which was born when he was 30year old - she is now 13 and we have had 1 foal from her, which was grandson of Zircon Nazeer

I have a few descendants of Radfan and Bint Ludoet. I am still in touch with their "lifetime" owner. Do you have any specific questions I can help you with? Please remind me of Luleila's pedigree, does she have Sheikh Mahmoud in her lines?
Looking forward to hearing from you, and also helping in any way I can.

I will give Radfan's lifetime owner a ring and ask if there were any other offspring if you like.
I have a few similar descendants. My mare Darmouna (Maggot to her friends) is by Sheikh Mahmoud (by Ibn Mowaffac) out of Dancing Dajeela (Radfan x Bint Ludoet), so she is closely related to your girl. I would post a photo but I am having problems with my flickr account at the moment. I have 2 mares that are out of an Ibn Mowaffac daughter. I also have another mare out of Bint Ludoet. I would love to see a picture of your girl.
I have a feeling you must live quite close to me, I am just north of Ware in Herts.

Thanks Carla that would be lovely if you could contact them, I will also send you a photo of Lyana when I can sus out how to do it. I actually live in Ashford, Kent but my brother lives in Park Street which I believe is quite close to you.

Hi, I have her full brother, The chestnut with four white socks in
my photo's. I remember her as a youngster. A couple of friends of mine
owned her. Mr and Mrs Clarke. She was kept at Roydon. I think there
were only two foals out of this pairing. I often wandered what happened
to her as i knew they sold her onto someone who said they were looking
to try to breed for a first pure bred palomino. They had done some research
into her colouring or something i am not sure of excact details.
Luleiya is in Ware not far from where i am in Old harlow. I went to see
her last year, She was still shown at the international up till two years
ago. I could alway PM you her owners email address if you would like to
make contact  She is a lovely liver chestnut.
My boy is Tariq ibn Radfan. Any other info that you would like to know
just ask and if i can i will help |
