Sahir, now see here........start another thread about the Wessex Spring show, people will get confused who is judging where
Mrs C Reeves is judging at the South West Spring Show. Just try your horses under any judge, the best one (horse) will win on the day
I am going to try my hardest to be at the SWG Spring show to get results and take some pics to go on here. Don't all attack me if I can't stay to do the ridden ones. |

Thank you Sue - I wish I was able to take my filly to THE SOUTH WEST SPRING SHOW ON APRIL 27TH as my stock is El Shaklan/Carmargue lines - so Caroline might have liked her - but never mind. Hope the show is a huge success - I'll be there in 2009 ...Elaine. |

Ever felt like you were invisible ?
Read back through this thread and you might see where I'm coming from.
Its no good complaining that its always down to the 'regular peeps' to do the work - and then ignoring those who do offer to help
Perhaps more people don't offer because they don't enjoy being snubbed. |

Now then Jane, don't go all sensitive on us. I only come on the forum in fits and startsoften missing quite a few postings so don't feel snubbed, I had not read them if being honest and apologise to you. You are more than welcome to do the ridden results to post on here, there you are job done and a million thanks to you to. Why I am thanking you heaven knowsA/lines or the SWG should.
Us old timers are getting a bit jaded, we need enthusiasm and youth in bundles to re-energize the local group. Good luck and a genuine warm wishes to you.
Err.... not including Sahir in the Old timers bitGerman Rotties are dangerous beasts. |

Love it - My Rottie isn't dangerous though - just very loyal and of course protective as all good Rotts are - and I know that lots of A-Liners have them. I shall look forward to reading the results of the SOUTH WEST GROUP SPRING SHOW ON 27TH APRIL
Hope everyone has a good time !!! |

This is the sort of thing I'd love to go to, being new to Arabs and very, very, very keen! Unfortunately to come over from Ireland??!!! We don't have anything like this for Arabs across the pond, which is a real shame. But there you go! Hope all who go to this show have a great day! I'm green with envy! |

Just raised this up to let everyone know that show schedules/entry forms for this show are avaiable on-line from www.southwestarabhorsegroup.co.uk
Get your entries in soon as.
Totalrookie wouldn't be great if you could come if only to watch , they are a very friendly lot all chatter away to everyone.

Hello all, I am a new member and this will be my first real Arab show for my Crabbet three year old Silver. To date I have done only local shows with him. Will also bring Buddy my 12 year old Purebred if I can find a rider, my usual lass is busy. Looking forward to meeting you all. Any help or pointers gratefully received. Thanks Gill |

Gill, warning.......wear your best bib and tucker because I am taking random photos to post here on-line
If you see me with a camera, long lens, I am not the official photographer, so I can't sell any, but you are welcome to try and find me to make yourself known.
Just talk to anyone, everyone is quite friendly! |

I understand there has been a printing mistake with the entry fee costs.............the correct fees are:
£7.50 members
£10.00 non members |

Thanks Sue, I e-mailed SWAG to let them know the entry form and internet differed. Will probably join as it will be cheaper and hope that I can attend more than one event in the year.Sue can you tell me what constitutes a "Novice" for ridden classes and should a snaffle be worn as in show pony novice classes. Thanks a lot. Gill |

Just raised this thread up again.
Please remember the closing date for this show is this coming Sunday 13th April. I'm sure a very few stragglers would be accepted.
Sorry Gill, I admit to not looking on this page very oftenI guess Novice rules are the same for this show as elsewhere.
Please support this and as many other shows this year as you can. They all really really need your entries to keep these special shows going.
Thanks.

Don't forget the SWG Spring Show on Sunday !
After a false start my mare still hasn't foaled now 10 days late and looking like she'll pop if she doesn't have it soon
Am really fed up coz its not looking like I will be able to go Sunday, unless she has it tonight and all is well. Was really looking forward to it.
