According to allbreeds he is grey born in 1988 by MALEIK EL KHEIL out of FIANZA by PROCYON. I've got no idea if that is acurate but it might be somewhere to start.

Hi, If it is Farouq by Maleik el Kheil, I believe he used to be owned by a lady called Joan De Mulder. I have seen photos of him and I believe he was once 3rd at the World Champs in Paris. |

Farouq appears in my Stallion, Madaba's, pedigree and is as follows (if this is the one you mean):
FAROUQ, gr 1988 ARABIAN (MALEIK EL KHEIL* x FIANZA (PROCYON X FARENTA)
Definitely on Allbreeddatabase.

I think there was also a Spanish bred chestnut colt called Farouq, he would be born around 1989. I can't remember his breeding but he was very nice. |
