An interesting day today - amazed it ran so smoothly!
This morning we had the Equine Dentist, Vet & Farrier all at the same time
Three neds to be sedated for the Dentist - farrier then was able to trim well two of them after that are not good to do when awake! He also did three trims & a set. Dentist just did the three - Maj needed lots of work - typical 5 yr old with teeth all over the place! He was here a couple of weeks ago to do the other neds. So Dentist & Farrier finished - Vet then did 11 neds yearly vaccinations & took swabs from Tessa & then had to dope Rameed to get him to pop his old man out so she could swab him! Vet left - then Jane our McTimmoney Chiro friend arrived to treat Polly & Fly.
So all horsed out today & lots of money paid out to Dentist & Farrier & now wondering what the Vets bill will be!!!!
Wow what a busy and no doubt expensive day. Amazing that with so many people coming that it all went so smoothly and everybody turned up when they were supposed to! Our blacksmith is always late.

Think its that time of year as we had the vet today too do teeth and vaccinations!! and farrier got booked in for his next visit!!Glad it all ran smoothly for you!!

Nice couple of B&B guests - she is going to do a days course tomorrow - to learn to ride a motorbike - a Harely Davison no less!!! The course is held on the vast Royal Welsh showground at Builth wells. Shes rather nervous - never been on a bike before!
