What a good idea Angel. I wish there was someone like that near me. I have just had to sell one of my horses as I couldn't manage her and the people I bought her from weren't in a postion to but her back. To long a story. But I have just bought a pony to replace her and he is a real sweetheart. I was lucky, but I had to take a real loss money wise in selling her. susan. |

Hi angel, it is a possibility, but i would need to sell him for 2500 to get my money back!! Have just put him on Horsequest (Very good site) and hopefully some one will want him, as i said all of this is not his fault, but Jack isn't that horsey, think i got carried away! So Sonic needs some fun and education, but it won't be with us, will be sorry to see him go...very cuddly!! But unfair to him, to be stood in a field doing nothing!

I know of someone selling a section A, she's selling him this time of year as during the summer he head shakes really badly. I feel sorry for the innocent person that is going to buy him, the pony toss's his head around quite violently and has even fallen over doing it so there's no way you would want to put a child on him. |

Just wishing you luck, Tina and hoping that you find someone for Sonic soon. Yes, Horsequest seems to be a very good and well visited site. Keeping my fingers crossed for you and for him, too.
All the best

Hi Tina,
It won't hurt to ask my friend, she may have a client at her riding school looking. There are plenty of us that have been 'bitten' when buying a horse/pony. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt so don't feel bad. I'm sure there is someone out there that has a fearless child that will be totally at home with the pony, you just have to find them. Perhaps someone on here may have a quiet pony and wants to exchange for a more lively one? If you still have the pony, can you tell me a bit more about him (Breed, height, colour, age, etc...)and I will make some enquires for you, I can't promise but I will try my best. Angel |

He is 12.2hh,chestnut gelding, no white on legs, just a small thin blaze. He is called Symondsbury Romeo, sonic to his mates! Walk, trot, canter are all well established, pops a small jump nicely. Hacks out alone and on the leadrein, loads, and good with farrier. Jack (8) brings him in and turns him out, a little darling really, but needs someone who can ride! Many thanks, Tina.
