I couldn't wait to share my news, I've just put my deposit down to secure my first foal! His name is CFS Avalon and he is gorgeous!! I can hardly wait until december now, (sorry to have to wiah the summer away!) I would welcome any tips people have for keeping a colt for the first time! I hope he and my gelding can get along in time as well. I heard that the book from birth the backing is good is that right? Any other titles? er the year A big thankyou to all the people who have helped me up to now and to those who will hopefully help me with my new venture now

Regards, Sapphire

Ooh, you sneaky woman, you kept that quiet!
I am SO excited for you, I expect an invite to come and coo!
Oh, and if it's the Richard Maxwell (I think) book you're talking about, I have it somewhere - you're welcome to borrow it, let me know if you want me to dig it out. I bought it when I got Jack, and read the entire thing in about 2 hours - it's so easy to get through.
Text me and let me know!
