GENERAL POLICYWe offer a 14 day refund policy on all our charged services/products excluding the services detailed under Exemptions. The Refund however is subject to a 10% administration fee to cover costs. After 14 days the refund available (not including products) is based upon the actual duration of service (where applicable). This refund policy only applies where the following conditions have been met.
- There is a legitimate reason for the cancellation/refund.
- Payment has been received.
- The Credit card(s)/Cheques involved were not used fraudulently.
- The service(s)/products were purchased through Arabian Lines or its authorised representatives.
Any refund queries should be directed to sales@arabianlines.com clearly stating your name, address,telephone number, reason for cancellation/refund and the relevant service or product for which you are claiming a refund.
Web Design
Any web site designed by Arabian Lines remains the property of Arabian Lines until paid for in full. Web sites will not be 'launched ' or made available to the public until all/any payment terms have been met. Refund of any maintenance fee is calculated on the basis of the number of full months remaining in the contract.
Exemptions under this policy
For Sale submissions
We do not offer a refund in any form for any For Sale Advert (Text or Photo). Once an advert has been uploaded, it may be cancelled but it cannot be exchanged or refunded.Late Cancellations
The Stallion review section is subject to a cancellation charge of £75.00 should a pre-booked review be cancelled or withdrawn less than 14 days from the 1st of the month for which the review was booked. If a replacement stallion cannot be found or we are not given due notice then the owner of the cancelled/withdrawn stallion may be charged the full amount for the review.Accompanying Material
Any printed or photographic material submitted via post by the purchaser to accompany their submission will be returned to the purchaser by recorded delivery. Arabian Lines accept no liability or responsibility for loss of said material during transit and cannot offer any refund for any such loss. Copyright release must be obtained for all relevant photographic submissions. Arabian Lines and its representatives/agents bear no liability or responsibility for any damages or costs arising from a breach of copyright.Banner Design
Banners are designed for each individual customer and are unique to that customer. They therefore cannot be refunded.
Revisions
Arabian Lines reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at our discretion, at any time and without prior notice or against any purchaser it believes is abusing this policy. Any changes will be binding and will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to view and periodically check this Refund Policy for any revisions.
