Perhaps I'm glad I still don't know who she is. If I did, I'm not sure I could hold back from sharing my opinion with this 'lady'.
If her current horses suffer with her as my beautiful girl did then they really really need help now; and every day matters.
If anyone can, please please help them, you will be rewarded by them.
Kerry, yes she does have some rather tragic emotional scars, which are visible every day, but she did learn, with you, that some humans can be trusted and loved ... and I have the honour of being trusted by her, as do you, I saw that with my own eyes.
She is in my heart and soul.

Mats is looking fab Pop I nearly came to see you at the weekend as we were at Henley show again. Possibly the name of this person is on her reg cert ;-) -I can't remember if she'd changed the ownership over now. From what I remember Mrs Coward was the AHS welfare person dealing with the case at the time, Kees Mol(then reg sec) phoned me to say a horse I bred was one they were worried about, I think he said two foals had been taken by a charity but one died. What is awful is that there must be a record of this happening at the AHS but still people leased her horses in the future- would have been a good place to check for a reference? I am surprised that this person is not well know, she's been about Arabs a long time! this was back 1994/5 time. Obviously wasn't a one off 'bad spell' in finances!! I paid what she was asking for Mats just to get her away :-( Amazing how quickly she picked up with warmth and bit of food! |

POP - Trust me, I know who she is and where she is. Its not hard to track a person. When I first heard what she had done to my late beloved friends Raji and the mares I could have done something I shouldnt but Ive learnt to sit back and wait, fate is a wonderful thing and this witch will be dragged down as scum of the earth. Ive just come out of a horrible situation with a kennel maid, to cut a long story short, she lost all her friends and her bloke and has gone! Ding Dong the witch is dead! :) |

Kerry, She is not on the passport/reg docs anywhere. I almost messaged you to see if you wanted to pop by and see her. I recall she was very happy to see you, none of the unpleasant faces she normally has for people she doesn't know, she remembered you, I'm sure of that. The guy who does the stables, after 6 months, proudly told me "Mats let me touch her for the first time today" lol
This is her expressing her view of humans she does not know and trust.
Justine, I don't dare look up who she is, frankly, I'm far too angry right now.
I just hope that the horses she has can find the right homes; and soon |

It's often occurred to me that the Welfare organisations look at the care of animals based on their physical condition. Mostly, but sadly not always, we can repair that; but what of those animals who are mentally scarred for life.
Mats is beautiful, and even at 21 years old will truly take your breath away to watch her move. even her walk has such grace and style, her trot big and bold, and her canter is an effortless glide over the earth, but she is not much liked by most people who meet her. Her attitude to new people is to scowl, snap her teeth and give a sharp kick, on the assumption that all humans are evil, and just to be on the safe side. You really do have to love and understand her, which I do. Underneath all that bad humour is a very gentle loving horse.
I don't have to know her history, she reminds me everyday of her life experiences, and just as I can see the things which have made her quite hateful to humans, I can see the things she learned in her good home and have often, in tricky situations, muttered a quiet 'thank you Kerry'.
And yes Martha, anyone with a gentle and warm chemistry, and a treat, properly introduced, gets to skip the teeth snapping stage
I would never wish anything bad to happen to anyone really, but in the case of this lady, I will make an exception. |

Obviously this woman deserves punishment for her actions, but I am more concerned that she is prevented from ruining the lives of any animal in the future - it is quite obvious that this has been going on for years, that people (including the RSPCA and the AHS) have known about it and she has still managed to get her hands on horses by fooling people that she was a suitable home. One can only hope that the internet will help spread the word that she is NOT a suitable person once she has been sentenced and her name is broadcast.
Of course she could always use a different name in the future |

Absolutely Callisto; and that those horses find good homes. Horses who have seem hardship more than appreciate good care, its a rewarding experience to share their lives. |

How lucky Mats was to find you, seeing the picture of her still so afraid of a human she doesn't know or trust makes my heart go out to her and the good people in her life for being the stars she has followed. It also makes me furious at what it would take to make an Arab lady who would otherwise love and thrive on human company be so scared. This person when convicted will surely be exposed in this Internet and media world.

Pop i have your mares double but in chestnut, no idea what in the world happened to mine but she sounds exactly the same in her issues, it has its good points though as when they stole my horses rugs last year they didn,t get hers, they mustn,t of fancied taking her on.They even do the same wrinkly nose bit. I do hope Master Blaster gets a good home, if i win the lottery tonight he can come and live with me, always room for one more especially if its a worthy cause at my place |

:-( having missed this post first time round I have been keeping updated after seeing master blaster for sale. This lady wanted my mare on loan 3 yrs ago. I visited thank god and she never went there. I tried contacting MB's owner, as the lady said he was on loan, but sadly never got a response. Then most the horses (mares, fals, youngsters all over the place) where looking mainly ok. Raji was fine (although his stable dirty) I loved him. I don't think he ad been with her long. MB however was running with a mare in a paddock full and I mean full of nothing but muck and was nothing like the horse I had seen when googling him before my visit. He was thin and needed a good trim, but the sweetest boy ever. The lady also had some dogs that needed some attention. I wish I had tried again to contact someone. :-( I hope master blaster finds the home he deserves, he is very lovely indeed and whoever is lucky enough to rehome him will not be disappointed. I have pics somewhere I tried emailing the owners. So sad I hope she can finally be stopped.... |

So, he doesn't belong to her? Even though she has him for sale? Does Kristi still own him?

Well the update on Master Blaster is pretty good ...
His stable was clean with plenty of hay and he is currently out on grass too. He is a little bit under weight but nothing desparate.
This lady I know has agreed to take him, I just hope she can get him out of there before LF is sentanced on the 1st, if not I would think he'll be seised, along with the other ponies by the RSPCA.
I am told that all that is left are about 10 ponies of 'show pony type' |
