According to someone who bought from her last week, on the facebook thread, she appears to have up to 10 horses still, no paperwork with the horses the kind person bought/rescued and none with yearlings sold a little while back. If anyone does go to try and get a horse from her in Gloucestershire, please be aware that she may 'forget' to bring the paperwork. |

Hi I took a mare and foal yesterday from this person. If anyone knows of this mare I need to know who she is I will put her picture up later liver chestnut 3 white socks. I tried to get the stallion but the money they want is unrealistic we did take a pony but I couldn't do more. This is so tragic we all cried |

she will be allowed to sell her horses. they are hers to dispose of. The only ones that can be seized will have to be certified as in immediate danger by a vet. even then she can continue until sentanced and hopefully banned. Usually the courts allow a short grace period to dispose of animals after that. Then they can be seized but they must be sold at market value and she gets the money. strange old world isn't it? of course she could always sign them over. This is seeming like deja vu to me |

A girl, who is local to me is looking at Master Blaster this weekend. She won't buy him but would take him on loan, which will get him out of immediate danger.
If someone, who is on speaking terms with LF could get the details of the horses left we all may be able to help someway. This contact of mine is going to try to establish which horses are left and let me know.
If I hear anymore, I'll let you all know |

Nat there could be allsorts of legal complications if she is banned from owning horses and someone has him on loan. Talk to the local area animal health officer first. If she is banned from owning horses it could be tricky |

I am concerned that some of the horses she has there could belong to some unsuspecting person. She has been selling WITHOUT papers, so no proof of ownership.

I think Master Blaster is legally hers 'cause a fellow ALiner has recently bought a fully from LF and got all of the documents from her & registered her with the AHS.
I think this girl, who is considering Master Blaster just wants him out of there, from what I understand he is not in the best nick.
I feel sorry that this situation has got so bad |

Animal Health in her area.
You will be surprised how much help you can get. If you are going to work for the good of the horses do it with them They may get a place of safety order for him. |

If he belongs to someone else why don't they just go get him, and surely if she has him advertised its theft makes you wonder if the others sold without paperwork were hers to sell. |

Mmm, I sold this 'woman' a horse (a foal) 20 yrs ago, 2yrs later warned by AHS that all was not well and I was luckily able to buy her back, but she'd had a rough time poor filly, moved from one place to another(when bills weren't paid)and ending up living out on bleak Cleeve Hill near Cheltenham :-( I was very worried when I heard this person was still leasing and breeding horses a while ago and advised someone against letting their mare go to her, thank goodness I did. Isn't it amazing that after 20 yrs this person is still doing the same thing!shamefull.
The mare is now living a wonderful life with Pop on here :-)although she still has emotional scars from that time. |
