Hi Arabella, I live in Northwich, well Cuddington and I send mine to John who has the feed place next door to Blakemere craft centre I think its about £15.00 a rug washed and reproofed if you are talking about having outside rugs cleaned. If its stable rugs then it is cheaper. He sends them away to be done and you usually get them back within 2 weeks.
I had all mine done last year and they came back looking brand new
If it is stable rugs then I would suggest Weaverham laundarette but you have to make sure all the hairs are off and they do them really cheap I think it worked out about £4 a rug!!!

A cheaper alternative is to put them in the bath with washing powder and walk up and down on them (or if you have one, a big tub outside) - it's a bit of a faf but much better on the pockets than paying for them to be cleaned... |

Must admit I used to do the bath thing when I lived in a house where the bath was downstairs and opposite the front door (and I put them on a plastic sheet to get them outside to dry), also when husband not there, as he'd be horrified |
