Hi, Im looking for an old flocked wintec to start my youngster in but ebay and gumtree dont have what Im after at the moment. Can anyone suggest other sites where I might find one? Plenty second hand sites on the net but all their saddles seem to be leather...

| I found a saddler who had a large stock of second hand saddles, don't know if you could find similar? Or perhaps post a wanted ad in your local advertiser/feedstore etc.? |

Have you tried the website Preloved? It's a second hand site and has a horse section.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions, Quarabian I was watching about 3 suitable saddles on ebay when I thought I had found the perfect saddle locally, it was 17 1/2" (and brown too!) but when I put it on found it was too long for him.... By this time all the old (read cheap!) 17" ones on ebay had sold and when I checked nothing else suitable had been listed 
Am just getting a bit twitchy as the only period I have enough time to dedicate to start him is the first 3 weeks in Aug and so really need to get hold of a saddle and get the fitter out soon. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anywhere obvious to look. I'll be putting an ad in the local tack shop tomorrow! |

I have a nearly new Wintec Cob saddle 17" black I am selling - slightly straighter cut and has the changeable gullet system, it's flocked. Let me know if you are interested  |
