If anyone wants to bid on AV Montoya it might be best to email me on....... stockdalear@aol.com.
Just send an email saying.. enquiry re 'stallion bid' you can do this before you make a bid if you want so you can be clear on other costs.
I can then send back our terms and conditions relating to this event and our web site address.

Thanks Suyen , but I am in touch with Sarra and HRH a lot of the time and they know what we are doing.
we had another meeting today and the posters and tickets are being printed soon so I can start to sell them, I am also contacting celebrities in the hopes of finding more entertainment. |

We have one bid on AV Montoya, thank you so very much.
His 'book' will be kept open until December 2011 as the covering you will be bidding on is for 2012.
Please keep bidding everyone this is for such a good cause and thankyou very much indeed. Whatever bid you send to me I will only reply if your bid is lower than previous ones.
We will make it public who got the highest bid nearer the end of the year.
ALL THE FUNDS RECEIVED FOR THE MONTOYA COVERING WILL BE DONATED SOLEY TO PAF.

starting to get nervous! I havent sold many tickets up to now and we have laid out a lot of our own money for this event! we now have a proffesional singer ( he does the cruise ships ETC and he is supposed to be great ! Can I just say that tickets are now available and ask that if any of you can support this fabulous night out  , please contact me at soonest ! |

Still plenty of time Lynda, Although I know from the last ride we just put on in Mortimer Forest, where we only just covered our overheads, with having only half the number of riders than the previous ride there.
Most the firm entires came in the last 10 days.
I do think things are getting even tougher.
So Good Luck, don't panic yet..still plenty of time..see if you can get folks on a 'promise' at this stage. Sorry I dont think I shall be there, as I'm already booked up that weekend for a ride in Norfolk.

sadly due to the low number of tickets sold we did not reach our target so we have had to cancel the venue. ( my deposit is lost )
we will still hold a BBQ auction at my friends house ( wonderful venue) and at £20 a ticket we hope we will be able to attract more people.
see what you can do to come please ? |
