Took Bertie & Rosie out hunting again today - Berties 2nd time now. He knows what to do now & stood perfect at the meet watching the hounds milling around him: rode on the moor, & also in a very large disused quarry. Bertie & Chelle reminded me of the film ' The man from snowy river' where the chap rides up the steep hills on his mountain horse! Some of the hills were soooooo steep and Bertie justed bounded up them like a cat Last time we rode at the back, but Bertie wants to right up front where the action is, so some of the time he was following the master.
Hope the weather improves with you soon - we were very fortunate on Saturday that is was quite 'spring like', so no need for jumpers or thermals under our jackets!
