In reply to your request Kaz, here are a few not very good pics of Flame whilst he was with us, please excuse the vest ! he was growing very fast. We bought him as a companion for Gabriel but sadly Ols MS is just too bad to manage an exhuberant yearling, fortunately he now has a very good home with Maggie Wagstaff.
I hear from Maggie that he is very tall so taking after his Dad Crystal Romance, I particularly like him for his big movement.
Lovely photo's everyone keep 'em coming

Our small contribution is our recent rescue horse, whom we once owned for almost four years from a yearling.
Kaotic, (aka Arnie) now a sixteen year old, raced for several years and never shown by his former owners, before he came back home to us, and saved from an uncertain future
His sire is the late great Zircon Nazeer and Dam Damelia by Melchior and Arnie is 68% Crabbet with fab limbs and great action
He is here for the rest of his life, is a pleasure to own and ride and is enjoying going to the Shows.
A very happy horse and we are sure he remembers us and knows he is back home again

yes Babs he is lovely!! I have enjoyed reading this thread, lovely horses! Also I had got a bit depressed when a few years ago I was looking to use a Crabbet stallion, so many that I had on my 'list' were either very old or had sadly recently died but now it looks as though there will be next season about 8 or 9 really lovely pure or high % Crabbet stallions within 45 minutes drive of my house... West Wales is where it is at if you are looking for a nice Crabbet stallion!!!

Lovely to see Kaotic (Arnie) is home and happy, I went to look at him in 2009 when he was for sale, he wasnt for me unfortunately but certainly was very beautiful, you have obviously restored him to his former glory. |

I also looked at Kaotic in 1997 but I went for a straight English colt, Silvern Spirit (Silvern Sceptre x Silver Sylph) as I decided I wanted an entire. He was tragically lost in a road traffic accident in 1999. He left only one foal, Ibn Spirit (x Shadowed Gold) who has recently come back to live with me. There seems to be small pockets of Crabbet/OE stallions turning up all over the country. Lisa it might be worth you having a trip to the East of England. |

Oh wow what lovely pictures and amazing horses. I think if I had to pick one it would be Mastarcraftsman, what a stunner! Just bought a new part bred baby but it makes me long for another pure bred! |
