On the Russian, Spanish, Egyptian topics, if your horse isn't straight Egyptian etc. how do you know what percentage of which? My mare has egyptian grand sire and spanish also in her sires side. http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/crystanina+bint+padan Any pedigree experts?
Don't think it matters if they are straight or not as they are still a mix depending on the breeding behind them. E.g Po is a 'straight' Russian because her and both her parents were bred in Russia, however she's actually 60% Polish and 40% Egyptian with 25% of that blood Crabbet!
