Hi Guys, if you want to rent one I have advertised mine on here under livery vacancies. It is priced under what it was valued at as I should really like someone who has Arabs and is a member of this forum to use it.
I am sad to be leaving it, just as I'd got it all lovely! Retirement to France calls though

I wish it was South Bucks, not North, because I would have been interested - but Finmere's just too far from me at the other end of the county.
I do agree, however, that it definitely is priced under what it's valued at, seeing as I was paying more than that up until last year for about 2 acres more but only 2 stables, awful fencing and less facilities (and I thought that wasn't too bad at the time!) |

Good luck in your retirement in France I am soooo jealous!!
Hope you find someone nice for your place. very reasonable, around here you would pay Minumim £400 a month for nothing like you have.

| It really is the most fantastic yard! I used to dream of a yard like that - luckily I'm off to France like you or I would have been tempted just to up sticks and move up to Finmere! |

If you wanted grazing only (no stables) I know there's more land available where I am (but I know it's no good for you Lorna 'cos we've discussed it already, and I don't really want to move now I've found this place!)
