Not strange at all, they like destroying animals so why specifically do they need to know if they are or have been lame? If its not for foot and mouth (so they can destroy them) why else?? Sorry but I've had my fill of DEFRA, back in the f&m days they threatened to arrest me for not letting them view my goats and test them..............I nearly went to prison.................I don't nor ever have owned any GOATS!!!!! There are other reasons they have cocked up big time here, hence why I think they are a bunch of male parts, but not as useful. |

If you have a look at the pig keeping guidelines on the defra (spit)website, you will come to a paragraph ''PIG WALKING LICENCE''. basicaly, if you want to take your pet pig for a walk you have to notify them of the route , this has to be aproved by them, it must not go near any retail food outlets or shops etc. you have to read it yourself to see the complexity of it all, you also have to have a licence to re-use a plastic container,(recycling)or feedbag, if you feed oats , barley , sugar beat, etc you are alloud to place it in layers in the same container but you must not mix it as this requires a millers licence........the lunacy goes on and on.... |
