Who was the rider of the grey Arabian at Holcombe Hunt's Horwich, Lancashire meet today? The rider was side saddle. I didn't get there myself but friends took photos of the beautiful grey and it's amazing rider
Oh crikey, I can't remember her name but she drives her two Arabs - one grey and one chestnut and her son competes side saddle and has won an awful lot.
Try contacting Daisy Shufflebottom at Holcombe Hunt Pony Club and she'll know who it was.
I've seen her and her son ride before - it's amazing to see.
If your friend has the photos, any chance of you posting them?
PS it's a very well bred gelding - people on here will definitely know the breeding but I'm having a senior moment and can't remember any names. I know I posted on here a couple of years ago to see if anyone remembered the horse
I wondered if it was this horse - we met them at the National Sidesaddle Show but I couldn't remember any names. They were brilliant! I think they were on AL around late summer/autumn 2009, possibly in a thread about Arabs doing sidesaddle.
