Having read the Parelli thread this last week, I have also been reading a book from the library - it is so what (I think) we all believe in on AL.

Yes, it's a novel but well worth reading - The Hearts of Horses by Molly Gloss published last year - I think you'll love it - I have.

Has anyone else read it?

Will check it out on Amazon and treat myself to a copy. It's great having books recommended and I'm looking forward to reading it. I bet my Mum will love it too - she is more or less housebound at the moment and gets a lot of enjoyment from reading.

Ohh I'm going away on Tuesday and really need some good books to read. This sounds just the ticket but will I be able to get it at an ordinary bookshop?

I just wanted to thank you for putting me on to this book.. I could not put it down. Especially since my daughter lives in Oregon.
