After the heavy fall of snow in the night I decided it was time to get back in the saddle, so today I rode in the field and it was great fun. No slipping either. It was a breathe of fresh air after the past fortnight or so just turning out, getting in, feeding etc etc etc. Hope tomorrow will be the same! Who else has ridden in the snow? Diane
I wish Diane! always wanted to but never had the space to be able to! these past few weeks not being able to do anything with them has been a pain! were they well behaved aftre the time off? Torey
Hi Torey, She was very well behaved considering her time off, although I had loose schooled her in the arena several times. We had a few bucks but nothing major! It was so good to be back in the saddle. Tomorrow the roads may be ok if it continues to thaw.
