Here is K as happy as larry stuffing her sides this afternoon! She won't wear a rug in case anyone thinks I'm being mean, if you try and put one on she thinks someone has dropped a lion on her back for some unexplicable reason (only in the winter and only outside though ~ loon ).
edited to add, they are in at night!
The little chap's first few days in the snow.
I could eat him for breakfast !

Lovely pics. Jaj, your girl looks great! She has a lovely wooly coat, and despite so obviously giving baby such a massive amount, still looks well, so i don't think there's much to worry about there. Ros |

Kate those are seriously wintery looking pictures !
Thank you Mogwai! She was white and sleek once honestly ! Bless her, she loves her little (not so little) man very much and never stops him drinking (she rests her head on his back )! He is 7 months old and they will be together as long as it takes, maybe I will be putting spring grass pictures up with him still trying to bend underneath her !
I love all these winter pics, it is so beautiful but none the less very hard work for everyone. I've been out all day and quite relieved to back home exhausted but in one piece .

Simply love the pics of Milano in the snow - especially nos. 5 & 6
I'm sure they would win a competition, in fact why don't all you clever people who can load photos of their horses in the snow load up some really funny ones to give all of us with nothing but rain & mud something to smile about - I'll be really glad to see the end of 2009 and look forward to 2010 so very much.
I'd like to wish everyone here on A-L a very
