Delyth I thought Aya was bred to an SE stallion. She had a filly (93/94) I think, I could be wrong. Anyhow the filly I'm thinking of went to Italy, but sure I heard she died. Bay filly I think by memory.
I know one of her fillies was called G Aya Aziza, but think she was grey, so I don't mean this filly.
It's funny how things spring a memory. One of my friends who runs an animal sanctuary said to me the other day. "hey we have a Gucci horse here' she looked at his reg' - told me his name and I reeled off his stable name and that he was by Peleng out of Baiadera! Before she finished her sentence. She text me a photo of him, he looks ace.

I may be wrong but I'm sure that the pic of Vodi was when Mike had that period of showing him, they were great times at Haydock, I'd love to see the 'at home' ones as well |

She was bred to Glengade Saber......but that doesn't count sorry !!!! I thought he was pants The Ibn Estopa filly was a nice mare and will probably breed on exceptionally with that mum !! A A.Bint Bukra grand-daughter....I'll kill for that now !! I think she was also bred to El Saleem (sorry to all his fans, I'm one too) but this was Ansata Aya Halima !!! THE Ansata Aya Halia !!!!! She had a lovely daughter by Jamill who ended up in the ME and had a lovely son by Ashhal Al Rayyan. I'm off to find that & cheer myself up !! Have you any pics of Halima ?? That'd be brill |

Their was a bay filly before the Ibn filly (Aziza) she was bay, sure she was out of Halima, she was really nice Virgilio bought her and he only had SE's he took her to Italy. (I can't remember her name)
Don't have photos of Halima in this pile, but could have some more at Mams house. I'm going up there on Wednesday (for my Nan's funeral) So i'll take a look.
Probably got her on video tho' I have video of every horse on one tape. Along with footage of boys in paddocks for daily turn-out time and some of me riding and loose schooling stallions etc. |

Thats not the one I'm thinking of Delyth. This bay filly must of been around 2-3 ish I think in around 1995 which was I think about the time she went to Italy. I will remember her name, I'm thinking hard!
May have a Lalique one which would be with her 1st foal (January 1994) along with the orphan foal she also took on as a brand new mummmy!
I will have a dig around.......... |

The pictures are fab
I remember going to the Gucci sale with Sal when she bought Vodi what a weekend!!!!!
I think that sale was somethign I shall remember for the rest of my life actually being there at the time these beautful horses went under the hammer, so sad but in many ways so happy because the majority of them ended up with super lovinghomes, well I know Vodi did
I was so glad that the Watt's bought Pilarka I thought she was one in a million and oh so beautiful and graceful.
Keep the piccies coming and I wonder if anyone on here still has any that they bought that day it would be lovely to know what happened to them and what people do with them.

I bought Keystone, with a veiw to breeding with her, but after a few failed attempts got the vet to come out to her, it just so happened he was the attending vet for Guccis sale horses and told them that this mare was to be sold as a non breeder!!funny they ommited to say that at the time of the sale! I sold her to my then Groom Jane Simmons, after I had backed her so that she could have a ridden life, and she now has a very loving home in france With Jane, I know Katy as we called her WILL live out the rest of her years with Jane and her partner Mick, so its a happy ending there . |

Delyth I've remembered her name. 'Aliah' now that is probably spelt wrong. But I'm saying it as 'Arh-lee-ah' can't remember if their was a G prefix or the name Halima after it, but this is the bay filly.
I used to go round with the receivers/vet for 2 years, as they had a weekly random 10 head-count, so back then I knew every face/name/breeding etc. Now it's all hiding in my memory loss! lol |

No sorry, that would ring a bell, if it was right. I think she was about 2 or 3 when Virgilio took her to Italy, she was a lovely little bay mare, she was very big, but neither was Halima.
Now Virgilio died a long time back. I'm sure Penny told me the filly died. She left the yard long before any problems she was always healthy. Pretty sure she died of un-related colic. (if you know what I mean)

Peg now owns Ku-Ribi she is on here, Ku-Ribi has a lovely life with her and is 21 this year I beleive, when i scan pics tomorrow of Ku-Ribi at 2 and my great grandaughter of hers, its like looking at the same horse, spooky, Karen has a Buhara/Peleng daughter called Nellghara i think rubbish at spelling names, she is gorgeous, Artist is obviously at Susan Georges as is Palegaia?? spelling, Rumak is at Michael Harris's in fact they are all over the world now, ex's Gucci horses and their offsrping,Nasrat was up at my neck of the woods until he died, he lived to a ripe old age 34 i believe.i know that a few of the decendants of ex gucci horses are down my way, but i think you will find that they are all over the place.Delyth where did Fazleta go? was it France? and I think Inass is in France isnt she, Khaziya went to the Middle East, i have pictures of Inass as a 3 year old being stood up by Tina in the glorious summer of 1989, and me riding Khaziya as a 10 year old in the sand school.
Promise to post pics tomorrow. |

Paula I have spent hours looking for that picture of Ibn Estopa , cant find it but tis got to be here somewhere I never throw anything away I found a picture of Keyston ( Klarnet X Rodania Rusalka) here with Jane just after she bought her from me, not a good one but shows her to be a happy horse, she did have foals but I think she experienced a bad foaling which left her damaged, she had Keynote, Paragon , and G Kaska, she was last covered by Vodolej but didnt take.

No I bought Fazi back. She had a colt here by Andrus which apparantly is abit of a fruit loop !! For me she had the wonderful Fferzan and his full sister Ffanci. I believe she is still alive and well in Wales with John Jerimiah after having a filly for him by Razzi Halim :) |
