Hi, I was just wondering if June Moir (of Scotland?) frequents this website.
She bred my gorgeous mare, Sherry (Sheikmal (Zaracz x Ringing Eostre))
Just to let her know that Sherry is well and in a home for life. I bought her as a 7 year old and we have done endurance and dressage. She gets grade 1s and 2s (including grade 1 in Red Dragon 50k )And she had a lovely comment on her dressage sheet that she was the 'sort of horse the judge would like to take home'!
She is now 17 years and I'm hoping we'll get out to some endurance rides before the year is out having had a few years break due to small child! She is definitely alpha mare and takes charge of our 2 British Riding ponies (13hh 16 yo mare and 12hh 2 year old gelding)and they are a cute little herd.
She has spent a while living in the Western Isles and is shortly to move (back) to Moray.
How lovely of you to try to let her breeder know how she is all these years later. Have you lost contact with the breeders address on the reg doc? or try googling her name, can quite often get results.

It was actually reading several of the posts on arabian lines that made me realise that breeders must often wonder how their foals have gotten on in life!
