He has been located in Kilmarnock (Ayreshire), about 3 hours away from me. The ironic thing is that were he is at the moment they have over 20 horses and i only have one horse and that is Tim (apart from my 11.2hh Welsh section A - Cheeky little bugger and Tims companion). In very simular circumstances horses have been given back to their rightful owner and they have fought their own battles with getting re-imbursed by the person they brought the horse from originally. In my case because all the illegal sales took place on the English side and Tim is now living on the scottish side, this is what is casuing the hold up and red tape. Nobody wants to take responsability for my stolen horse i just want him home with me. Not giving up!!! He will be home...Soon...
I think it is disgusting that they are using Red tape as an excuse. If a murder took place in England and the murderer was hiding in Scotland, there wouldn't be a hold up then!
Keeping everything crossed for the safe and speedy return of Tim, back home where he belongs.
Just an update.... Still without Tim, waiting for court date. Getting fraustrated with having to play waiting game AGAIN..... Just want my big lad back home safe and sound with me.
Still awaiting court date. Loanee has lodged a defence and is pleading not guilty!!!!!! also asked for referal to court near her!!!!! So still no further on???? will keep you all posted
Just been reading this i cannot believe that you still have not got Tim back the law is a complete ass , this must be such an awful time for you. If the person who has him had any feeling for him at all they would of handed him over to you i realy do feel for you. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that he is soon home safe and sound
Just caught up with this. I cannot believe you still haven't got your horse back! Is there no way you can get a newspaper involved? Might quicken things up and bring the whole thing out into the public eye. Just a thought.
