After the success of the last one, I said I'd organise the next one, so here goes!
Location: In or near Bradford, West Yorkshire
Day/Time: Either saturday or sunday evening, about 7ish
Who's invited: Everyone!
I am thinking about different places, current ideas are Aagrah, Akhbars, The Last Viceroy (and some others I can't remember - come on Dean, what were they?!)
As for actual date - how about 12/13 or 19/20, or 26/27 of Feb.
Could anyone who would like to come please either post on here or email me, with times that they CAN'T make it, and any preferences! We'll try and work something out that will suit everyone!
Dean and Annee, Bev and Howard, Clare and Mark, Kris and Chris - likely suspects again? Suzanne and Nev? Lady from NPA Arabians who couldn't make it last time (so sorry I can't remember your name!) Em?

I am looking forward to this one as I missed the last. Ican make any dates although the 19/20 would be my last choice as its my daughters birthday on the sat and have organised the first dressage comp for the sun.
I am not bothered about the venue but I am sure me and my sister will come!

count me & Mark in Kelly - all those dates are fine at the moment. Mark will say Mumtaz again as he (and I) thought the food was wonderful but anything curried is fine with us. Mark's not keen on Chinese though. What about Nawaab's (sp?) in Huddersfield?

Yes - We would be up for it if it was a Saturday, - bit far on a sunday Night!
Could probably only make the 12th or 26th though! - Going out with friends on the 19th
But dont organise it round us!

If it's 26th/27th then the Sunday would be better if poss as I'm in Peterborough early part of that week and then down in Bournemouth for a big channel forum the end of the week so by the time I've driven back late on Friday I will not be at my most sociable 
Agree Mumtaz is great - but we're so spoilt here that we're dead fussy 
Anywhere would be fine as the SOCIAL is the best part!
Still think a round table is a good idea....anyone know anywhere that's got one?
And S.Jade - don't worry, none of us knew any of the others except though here. Howard & I didn't know Dean and Annie from a hole in the ground (so rude to D & A) but now we're best mates.......well we are when I want some help with my horse and Dean wants his 'puter fixing |

Not many on here at actually friends, I will be in the same boat, only know people from postings.
Am hoping this night takes off although depending on how many goes might not fit into the Last Viceroy in Pudsey!

Hi everyone
It's looking like the best night would be Saturday 12th Feb, so unless I've missed someone (please speak up, I promise it was an accident!) oranyone has any objections I'll tentatively say that one, IF I can get somewhere booked so soon - otherwise it'll have to bbe 26/27, but Bev would prefer the 27th and Jayne the 26th!
I'll ring round a few places and see if we can get somewhere with a round table!
The list is looking like this:
Dean and Annee (I assume - will text em to check)
Bev and Howard
Clare and Mark
Kris and Chris (again will text)
Em and her sister
Me and my mum (OH not horsey, but mum is!)
Sam (S Jade) and Kirsty Brown - alone or with company, it wasn't scary last time and I'd only met Dean and Annee once before!
Jayne and hubby (who's name I can't remember - sorry, I'm so useless!)
So we're going on 16-18 people at the mo - wow. I'll check with Suzanne and Nev too, who were interested.
- Does anyone know anywhere with tables that big??!!!!
Can everyone please confirm whether they can make it this saturday, with it being short notice and all?

Ok ladies and gentleman! I have just spoken to a very nice man at Anams restaurant, who says they will be able to seat us, and will sort some cubicles so that we're all just about facing each other. I can't remember who it was at the last one who recommended this place, but someone did, so blame them! I'm sure it will be lovely - if you want to check it out, the website is www.anams.co.uk
I am ringing him back in about half an hour with exact numbers (though I suppose we could add/delete one or 2 if it came to it!
So far I have 'confirmed' - Dean, Annee, Bev, Howard, Clare, Mark, Me, Terry (my mum), Em, Amy, Georgia, Judy, Lee.
Jayne and hubby, and Kirsty, I'll put you down too, but could you let me know for definite asap! Thanks!
I'll book it for 18 at the mo, and let them know it could go up to 22 (Suzanne/Nev, Kris/Chris to confirm/decline yet). Sorry you can't make it Sam, but I'm sure there'll be another one soon : )
if anyone else wants to come, please let me know asap - and loads of apologies if I've missed anyone - yell at me as a reminder!

| lol!! I've just been looking at it too, it looks lovely. Don't think you're allowed to eat the fish though - not like 'pick the one you want and we'll serve it up' kinda of thing (thank goodness! I like my meat but I don't think I would if I'd seen it alive first!) |

Just thought i would say, we will be coming up the M62 and that way in, (well according to Multimap anyway - but the Sat Nav may have other ideas!)
so if we pass anyones house that needs a lift, let us know (seven seats so plenty of room)

It's nice there. The food is really good and if it's the buffet you can try loads of different stuff and keep going back for more!
The fish are just for show Kelly! They cost thousands apparantly. I wouldn't want to be responsible for them |

Really sorry for the late posting on here Kelly as we never look at the Tea and Coffee time forum. Anyway yep Annee has spoken to Bev and we are deffo in and really looking forward to it. Hope we get a table with view of the Koi Carp Pond. Jayne and Nigel and everyone else who didn`t come last time, it will be great to see you all. My mouth is watering already. |
