I usually stick to endurance with Dulciya but this year I'd love to have a go at other things and would love to go to the Summer show in August. BUT I am terrified! I have only done a couple of local ridden arab classes before and she was then only 4/5 and is now 9. I'd also love to take her in the Crabbet in-hand class as well. I don't want to humiliate ourselves! I am worried at 14.2hh that everyone will think she is too small?
GO FOR IT!!! The SEAHG Show is a lovely friendly show and you will make lots of new friends
They have lots of Riding Classes (Novice, Small Riding Horse) that you can do, or if you are worried about the judge ride, you could always do the Intermediate where you do an individual show instead?
They'll be the classes i am going for too - as I dislike doing individual shows and the judge rides her much better than i can .
I've never been to the summer one, but went for the first time to autumn one last year and spring one a few weeks ago. They were both really nice shows - even if Ettie was a maniac horse
It's at Hickstead showground this year which is very exciting. I did a dressage there the other day - tis a nice venue.
Your girl is stunning! Just the type of arab I like...but then she does look very much like my chestnut crabbet/old english girlie, so i may be biased
