Well I went to the auction only to find out that the 2 parcels I was interested in had been sold prior to auction! Anyhow much to his annoyance I asked the auctioneer for the prices and they were really interesting..
for 3 stables and 4 acres - £50k for 10 acres - £60k
this is much cheaper than I thought it would go for and was middle of the road on the guide price!
What do you all think ? I am based in the midlands.
