The OH cooked a curry with all the trimmings, ginger and garlic potatos, coloured rice, dahl etc but I had too much wine on an empty stomach and didnt eat and said I was fat and fell asleep on the sofa!!We had my friends over too which can't have been good for them.Thing is,I woke up early as I'm looking after a friends horses, dogs and chickens etc this weekend as well as my lot so I had leftovers for breakfast and just ate a big piece of cake.....oooops |

I'm guessing my diet will be going great at the moment as life is one big stress! OH in hospital & son crashed his car today! Don't have time for food! Rather be fat than whats going on at the moment.

ok was naughty last night ate the other half of the chocolate and had very cheesey enchilladas for tea. I only did running and sit ups twice last week and i kept picking! I only lost 3lb i know its a loss but i feel bad now Hoever i do feel much stricter with myself again.
This was my 5 wekk weigh in, Half way through the diet! so far ive lost ... weight 1st 4lb arms 3cms chest 7cms waist 6cms hips 7cms thighs 1cm Overall im pleased but i need some help with my hips and legs most of the weight is between my thigh and ribs so how do i work this area more? |

It's great that we are all achieving our goals
I finished the Kelloggs Challenge this week and I lost half a stone in 2 weeks doing it It was really tough to begin with but I only had a treat on Sundays and stuck to the cereal twice a day with only fruit and nuts for snacks.
Now I'm just trying to eat healthier, stay off excess bread and chocolate and having Special K once a day. Hopefully I'll lose another half a stone but slower and wont feel like such a moose next time I have a party to go to.
I still haven't found time for exercise though, unless mucking out, poo picking up a really steep hill, gardening and cleaning count? Running with the dog doesn't work, if he's off the lead he gets over excited, thinks it's a race and belts off and if he's on the lead we end up in a tangled heap
Oh and yes, Special K is mega boring after 2 weeks |

Well done eeyore! Had to laugh at the running with the dog !
Definitely think poo picking, gardening & cleaning is a work out - still burning calories rather than eating them! Lisa |
