I'm finally catching up with the 21st Century and would like to start filming things. Can anyone recommend either a good small camcorder or compact camera that can also take reasonable quality videos. I'd rather have a compact with video capabilities, but think the quality may be poor (like that on my mobile). Budget up to £300, preferably not too complex to use as I'm a bit of a technophobe!
