Does anyone know the cost of AHS over stamping of a passport?

I have just sent my part bred welsh passport off to be over stamped and they told me £35!!

Hmmmmm! Just out of interest, CHAPS(UK) charge £15 for overstamping an AHS passport. Would be interested to hear how the extra £20 can be justified.

£25 (others)

Sports Pony Studbook Soc - £25

The NPS & SPSS just overstamp the passport but with AHS you get a certificate as well.
