Just thought I'd write a little post regarding our 12.2hh (Rizzie) Welsh cross that we have up for offer in the gelding section(last one on the page) We originally got him as a companion to our Arab but after two years of him being with us we feel he deserves a lot more time spent with him than we can offer.
He was broken last May and has taken it all in his stride. Our two year old rides him with out a lead rein (he follows me) he is fantastic with traffic, box, clip and with the farrier, he is a very good doer and loves attention.
A good home for this little chap is more important than the price so if you are looking for a little addition to your family then please PM me for more details.
if home is more important, then give him to the riding for the disabled that way he can be useful and help others, he will be loved and cherished by kids who need this love I have done this
ok , but by the time you actually sell him and find the right home you may spend more than £600! ( lets face it a vet bill can come to that and more !) why not cut your losses now and know without doubt that you have done the right thing for him
With all due respect it may be the right thing for the disabled children but knowing our pony we feel that it wouldn't be the right home for him, hes 4yrs old with a long life ahead of him.
