Is there now a test available to see if a mare or stallion carries the gene for Lavender foal syndrome? Also I remember an interesting discussing about silver dapple and wether or not arabian horses carried a dilution gene responsible for it, ie plum coloured arabians might be black ones with a dilution gene. Did anyone get any further on with this?
