Finally got round to advertising Shameerah on AL, some people are now aware that the sale of our Nuhra based horses is only as a result of my husbands illness. Despite being told not to ride, I came home to find that he has starting bring her back into work today, and has been busily long reining her around our farm. He was happy to see that she easily slipped back into her ridden horse role but saddened at the thought of parting with his friend. She is a potential HOYS mare/foundation broodmare, and we are looking for someone who will love her as much as we do.

Thanks Anne
She is - but of course we would say that. Mehzeers owner, Nina Campbell, loved her dam so much, Mehzeer can out of 'retirement' after a number of years, sadly he went straight back into retirement - so she is his last ever offspring. We would love her to come out under saddle with someone this season, sadly I don't envisage that it will be possible for us this year! (this is probably a blessing if this was down to me, as I bumble along in the saddle!!)

She caught my eye when her ad came up on the sales pages. She's stunning. Sorry your circumstances mean you have to part with her - hope you find her a lovely home. |

Yes you never know what is round the corner! We thought she would be more attractive to part with to arab owners with her being ridden and by Mehzeer, I would rather keep her, but her dam and sister are due to foal in March and June so she was the obvious choice!

She really is gorgeous - funnily enough I'd been looking at her and wishing you'd got her for sale in 3 months time when I'll have some money! I'm plotting how to spend my redundancy money and another chestnut arab mare is just what I want If you've still got her in April I'll be up there to see her with cheque book in hand |

I keep coming back to look at her, her pedigree is just amazing. Unfortunately it's also the wrong time for me - I'd love a HOYS mare!!

Hi Guisburn,
My horses Zak & Zhaazeer are related to Mehzeer - Zak is a grandson and Zhaazeer is a great grandson. Their breeder still has Zak's mum, Nikkita, who is by Mehzeer.

Your mare is gorgeous. I hope you find a fantastic home for her
