Hi Ros
At the moment he is having a holiday over the winter to grow on. The plan is to re-back him around Easter-time and then just hack him out and take him to a few in-hand shows for a bit of experience. The long term plan is to start his endurance career in 2010 and also do a bit of showjumping if he shows a talent for it.
Other than that, just love him to bits and have bags of fun

Lovely photos - it'll be interesting to see how he changes colour next year. Katheryn's grey was a 'muddy' colour when she got him earlier in the year - now he's like all dapplely (not sure if its a real word).
ps what's your trick to get them running to you?  with a food bucket -the others are more likely to mug me before Estyn decides he might come but most of the time he pretends he didn't see me.. nooo not her again...lol |

I know, they look like little Donkey-Devil ears
Glad you like him - he's a bit of a Nancy-prancer at the moment, as my mum's old boss would say, but should fill out a bit over winter.
I think he's lovely although I'm not sure how I'm gonna be able to sit on him when he starts performing

She's ace at the moment - has definitely taken holiday-mode to a new dimension although she did bite me when I put my friend's 3yr old daughter on board for a pony ride . I think that was one liberty too much

. It used to take 3 of us to tack her up when she was younger and I had to tie her to the gate so I could get on!! Arthritis has slowed her down considerably but she still makes me flinch
