I met up with a friend from college yesterday! Havent seen her for almost 10 years!! We used to go to Hadlow college together.
we took shantih and her horse oddie to the beach. We decided to include our horses!
What a fantastic day! It was raining all the time till we got to the beach and then the sun came out! Felt like it was just for us! Now I have forfilled my dream to gallop a chetnut Arab mare across the beach I once played on pretending to be Shantih what to I dream for now lol??
Just got here!
Canter! She was so strong!!
Love these ones!
My friend having a go!
me going through the water!
Back at tralier! Very wet shantih

I can see the beach from my window, but hardly ever rode on it, anyone welcome to a cuppa if they fancy a beach ride on the Wirral. |

Lovely pics - look like you and Shantih had whale of a time
Took Cinny to little beach near me once - she thought I was taking the mick, expecting her to go any where near such a big puddle |

Lovely pictures, looks like you had a great time. I'm hoping to take Carly to the beach next Saturday, Talacre, in North Wales. You may have seen this vid before as I posted it on here at the beginning of the year, but you might be interested in seeing it again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tv82KdJUvF8 |

I used to ride a part bred arab gelding when I live in Wales for a summer about 13 years ago. He had been left in a field for 5 years as his owner didn't have time to ride him. I used to take him on to the beach and he loved it. It was a couple of miles long so I had plenty of space to stop him in, as he could really move when he wanted to. He was never nasty, just very strong and happy sometimes. I miss it as I live about as far from the beach as you can get now. :-( |

Thanks for sharing them. Glad you had fun. We wanted to go to Shoeburyness in half term, but the tides were not at a good time. Hoping to go next year instead. |
